Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns about any aspect of our care for your child, please do contact Mr Miller, the headteacher, as soon as you can.  Our contact details are here, or you are welcome to drop in to school to see him and he will always do his best to see parents as a matter of priority.

If you believe your child is being bullied, as well as seeing Mr Barton you may wish to read the advice given here, endorsed by the Anti-Bullying Alliance.

Should your concern take the form of a formal complaint, you can find our complaints procedure here.

If you have concerns about the welfare of a child, this should be reported to Mr Miller who - in addition to being the headteacher - is our Designated Safeguarding Leader (DSL).  In case of his absence, Mrs Rawlinson is the next person to report to.  Furthermore, if you have concerns about the school's safeguarding procedures you can contact the Local Authority Designated Officer, Mel Argles, on 01225 396 810.

For some concerns, the Bath and Mendip Partnership Trust's Whistleblowing Policy may apply.  This policy applies to us as being part of their Multi Academy Trust School. It is available here.
