Complaints Procedure Statement
If you do have a complaint or concern about the school, there are several channels through which you can bring this to the headteacher's attention.
Parents have access to Class Dojo, through which they can message their child's class teacher, or the headteacher, at any time.
We also have a Parent Council, who meet the headteacher once each term to raise anything parents are concerned about.
You can also speak to the headteacher most days before or after school, or contact him via the school office on 01761 490470 or directly using email@example.com .
